Ray was a Senior Captain at Delta Airlines as well as a former Air Force military pilot where he gained over 35 years of experience in high level operations. Ray has incredible people skills with a vast wealth of experience as a National Sales Director for Smith Barney and Primerica Financial services. He personally recruited and trained over 3000 people across the United States and Canada impacting the bottom-line of both companies. Ray has hundreds of professional contacts and strategic partnerships that will support the growth of UMP.
