David Harris, COO
David has over 30 years experience earning him a reputation as a clear communicator who can align employees with a vision and lead change while remaining focused on business objectives. He has held executive level positions with London Life Insurance Company, Morneau Sobeco, Watson Wyatt World Wide and Canadian Northern Shield. During his time with each company, David was successful in increasing revenues, client retention and profitability. He joined UMP as COO in May 2008.
David has a loving family, enjoys fitness and motivates others with a combination of humor, energy, commitment and results.
